Version 2026-09-27.3Lawful use and rights
Use PanKoLink for lawful communications and transfers with all necessary authority. Content or conduct that violates applicable law, intellectual property, privacy or other persons’ rights is prohibited. Mere offence, disagreement or the presence of lawful adult content does not by itself constitute illegal use.
Exploitation and sexual abuse
Child sexual abuse or exploitation, related illegal material, sexual solicitation of a child and other related unlawful conduct are prohibited. Non-consensual sharing of intimate sexual images, unlawful sexual extortion and illegal fabricated sexual material concerning an identifiable person are also prohibited. When reporting, do not download, reproduce or attach the suspected material; provide its exact link or other available identifier and a short description.
Violence, fraud and illegal transactions
Unlawful threats, extortion, facilitation of terrorism, drug trafficking or other illegal transactions, fraud and impersonation are prohibited. Remote control must not be used for deception, credential theft, unlawful surveillance or unauthorised access. Lawful information, research, journalism or discussion of a topic is not equivalent to facilitating a crime.
Security and operation
Distributing malware, interception, unauthorised access, deliberate service disruption, evasion of applicable limits and use of stolen accounts or credentials are prohibited. Report vulnerabilities with only necessary information, without exposing others’ data or continuing unauthorised access. Deliberately false reports intended to harm another person are prohibited; a good-faith report that is not substantiated is not abusive merely for that reason.
