PanKoLink is provided by the sole trader ΠΑΝΩΡΙΑΣ ΧΡΗΣΤΟΣ, trading as Anymath Digital, Greek tax number 150973012, at IONIAS 16, 54453 THESSALONIKI, GREECE. User, support and privacy contact: contact@pankolink.com, +30 6982691340. Electronic point of contact for competent authorities: admin@pankolink.com. We communicate in Greek and English. Contact is not limited to automated tools.
2. Services and acceptance
These terms cover the PanKoLink app and websites: sessions between two or up to three computers, audio and video, screen presentation and authorised computer-to-computer control, direct transfers of selected files and the QR file bridge between Windows and iPhone or Android. Built-in recordings are saved locally as described in section 8. This release does not provide storage of users’ files for later link-based download or phone-to-computer remote control. The WeTransfer option opens an external service, as explained in section 6. These terms and the Acceptable Use Policy are presented before acceptance. The Privacy Notice explains data processing; acknowledging it does not give consent for every use of data. Optional analytics and device permissions have separate controls.
3. Capacity and account
Use the service only with the legal capacity required by applicable law, or the necessary lawful representation or authorisation. Acting for an organisation or another person requires authority. Keep your account, devices and access secrets secure and report compromise. Use of a correct credential does not by itself prove that an action was yours or authorised.
4. Software licence
We grant a non-exclusive licence to install and use the app for its functions while you are entitled to access. Ownership of the software is not transferred. Third-party component licences apply separately. You must not bypass security controls, disrupt the service or infringe others’ rights. This does not restrict acts that mandatory law permits, including applicable interoperability and lawful security-research rights.
5. Content rights
You retain your content rights and must have lawful authority to use and share it with your chosen recipients. You permit only the technical acts needed for the requested function, such as transmission and the temporary technical copies required for that transmission. This permission is limited to the necessary purpose and period. It does not cover selling your content, using it in advertising or training AI models. Processing information available to us to address a specific violation or lawful demand is subject to applicable law and the Privacy Notice.
6. Transfers and external services
A direct transfer creates a copy on the recipient’s device and may use an encrypted relay when needed for connectivity. In the QR bridge, approving a connection allows selected files to be sent both ways without another approval for each file until disconnection; it does not provide general disk browsing. Protect connection invitations and QR codes and verify whom you connect with. The WeTransfer option opens a third-party service’s website in your browser. It does not automatically upload files or create a transfer within PanKoLink. If you use that external service, its own terms, privacy notice, charges and restrictions apply as presented there. Disconnecting from PanKoLink cannot recall copies already delivered or delete transfers held by the external service.
7. File availability and safety
PanKoLink transfers depend on the connected devices and network remaining operational. PanKoLink is not a backup service and does not retain a copy of transferred files for later recovery. Keep independent originals and confirm that recipients completed the download and saved the files. Transfer integrity checks are not malware scanning. Availability, expiry, revocation and deletion of transfers you create in an external service depend on that service and your choices there.
8. Sessions, control and recording
Share only what you are authorised to share and grant control only to a trusted person over a device you are entitled to control. Control permission includes copying and pasting text between the controller and presenter with Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V. There is no automatic clipboard synchronization or transmission to the third participant. Text remains in the receiving device’s clipboard until replaced or cleared locally. Remote control permits real actions, including changing or deleting files, within the session’s permissions. Joining a session or viewing a screen does not itself authorise control. You can stop control or leave the session. Built-in recording requires participant approval and is saved locally. Before any recording, provide the information and obtain the legal basis and permissions required by law. Technical approval does not replace those duties. Another participant may use an external recording tool.
9. Illegal use, notices and measures
The Acceptable Use Policy applies. Report specific unlawful use of PanKoLink through the Report page or contact@pankolink.com, providing an available identifier or link, the incident time and a short supporting explanation, without unnecessary personal data or attachments containing suspected illegal material. We do not generally pre-screen all private transmissions or files or automatically filter content. We review specific notices and lawful orders using human judgement, promptly, objectively and proportionately, based on information available to us. Where justified, we may restrict access to or stop providing our own service in accordance with these terms and the law. We cannot remove files from recipients’ devices or WeTransfer; for content on the external service, also use its reporting procedure. A notice alone is not proof of wrongdoing.
10. Reasons and review
Where required by law, we acknowledge receipt and notify the reporter of the outcome and give affected users clear reasons for a measure, its basis, scope and duration, and available ways to challenge it. We limit disclosures only on a specific lawful basis. You may request human review without charge at contact@pankolink.com, quoting the case reference and your objections. This does not restrict access to competent authorities or courts or other legal remedies. Where information raises suspicion of a criminal offence threatening a person’s life or safety, we act under the applicable duty to notify competent authorities; we do not indiscriminately forward every allegation.
11. Prices, changes and stopping use
Real Stripe charges are not enabled in this release. Accepting these terms does not create a paid subscription. Before a future purchase, we will separately present the final price and taxes, duration, renewal, cancellation, withdrawal rights and other purchase terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure. We reasonably notify you of material terms changes before they apply, unless an urgent legal or security reason requires earlier action. Mere silence does not retrospectively create new obligations.
12. Responsibility and applicable law
Connectivity also depends on devices, networks and third-party services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the safety of every file another user sends. The service is not intended for emergency assistance. We remain responsible under applicable law for our own acts and omissions. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or consumer and data-protection rights. Users are legally responsible for their own unlawful actions; this does not automatically transfer all provider liability to them. Greek law applies, preserving the mandatory consumer protections available in the consumer’s habitual country of residence and applicable jurisdiction rules.
